Advocating For LGBTQ + Rights In Texas
Our attorneys are proud to be a part of the local LGBTQ+ community. Besides their work for our clients, they are leaders in the fight to improve the law for LGBTQ+ people in Texas. Ms. Bertrand is a volunteer member of the steering committee of the local chapter of Equality Texas. She has delivered speeches at the National LGBTQ+ Bar’s Lavander Law Conference & Career Fair as well as the Vance Law Firm in San Antonio. Our lawyers believe that every Texan has the right to marry (and divorce) and raise children, no matter what their gender identity or sexual preference is.
